Built on public records

The comps come from county public records, the same source the expensive data feeds resell. That keeps the tool free to run and grounded in real recorded sales rather than a guess. The first covered market is Southeast Michigan, and coverage grows one county at a time.

Accurate by design

Sale figures always come from records, never invented. The valuation math is plain arithmetic you can follow line by line. When a helper is used to tidy messy record fields or write the summary, it never touches the numbers or the offer math.
